The Debt Advisers philosophy is to give independent best advice to everyone who calls for help. Advice is always completely free, even down to a freephone number.

In the case of an IVA, our fees are met by creditors. With an IVA, the consumer contributes what they can realistically afford each month into a trust account held by us for creditors. Creditors agree the fee our insolvency practitioner can take from this account and we pass the balance on to them. The consumer ultimately pays less than they owe to their creditors (even before interest) but with creditor agreement.
