Your details are shared with a partner firm so an advisor can assess your situation and contact you about your options. We may receive a fee for this introduction.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not use your assessment details for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement (you asking to be assessed for a debt solution) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Partner firms that advise you become independent controllers of your information and will have their own privacy policies.
